RLH Announces New Hires and Promotion

RLH is pleased to announce two recent additions to the firm roster and the promotion of a member of our investment team.  Patrick Allen and Sam Merriam have joined the firm as Associates and Tucker Stolberg has been promoted to Senior Associate.

Patrick Allen has joined RLH as an Associate with an emphasis on deal origination.  Previously, he sourced and analyzed numerous acquisition opportunities at Thrasio, an acquirer and operator of consumer brands.  Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies with a minor in Business from the University of South Carolina.

Sam Merriam has joined RLH as an Associate, bringing to the firm both (i) transactional experience garnered during his prior work at Intrepid Investment Banking and (ii) consulting experience with KPMG.  Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Mathematics with a minor in Business Finance from the University of Southern California.

Tucker Stolberg has been promoted to Senior Associate.  Since joining the firm in 2020, Tucker has assisted in the analysis and evaluation of many investment opportunities and has worked closely with RLH portfolio companies including Astound Commerce, CrossCountry Consulting, Imre, and MCAConnect.  Prior to joining RLH, Tucker worked at investment banking firms Jefferies and Canaccord Genuity.
