During his 12-year tenure at Salesforce, Sherrick led partner investments through Salesforce Ventures (SFV), including equity financings for Salesforce consulting partners and digital agencies, a pioneering approach for corporate venture. Equity investments include fundings for current and past RLH portfolio companies Bluewolf, Clarity, Astound Commerce, and Shift7 Digital.

Advisor:

Sherrick’s Board experience spans numerous SFV portfolio companies, as well as current Independent Board positions today. He also advised many of the M&A transactions in the Salesforce partner ecosystem.

Background:

Sherrick held early-career positions in management consulting, business development, sales, marketing, and was CEO of a venture-backed enterprise security company.  His diverse background has shaped a 360-degree perspective on the process of building fast-growing professional services businesses in the software industry.

Giving Back: 

Sherrick is passionate about helping others. He serves on the Board of MIB Agents, a leading pediatric osteosarcoma non-profit. He is intent on raising awareness and funding for osteosarcoma oncology research to combat the cancer that took the life of his teenage daughter.  

Outside:

He’s coached or managed just about every sport his three children played. He stays youthful by cycling and keeping up with his son on the golf course. If it wasn’t for the opportunities in technology, Sherrick would spend more time mastering his cooking skills and traveling with his wife.
