Adaptable, efficient, and dynamic are just a few of the words used to describe Jillian.  She began her career as an executive assistant with Callahan & Blaine, a Southern California based litigation firm, where she gained invaluable administrative insights and expertise directly supporting a team of 8 attorneys. Thanks to the skills and experience honed during her 7+ year tenure with the litigation firm, in 2023 she made a seamless transition to private equity supporting the RLH investment team. 

Jillian excels at managing complex schedules and efficiently navigates a variety of workflows across a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ensuring the investment team can optimize their time and energy towards driving successful outcomes for our portfolio.
